What is Christianity about and is it still important to us today? What is God like and how can we follow him? Whether or not we have the answers to these questions, N. T. Wright, one of the most influential theologians of the day, invites us on a quest for the truth, which might be different than we have imagined.
The book is divided into three sections:
In Part One, Wright lays out the essential questions we often ask ourselves. It is the foundation, an opening which invites the reader on a spiritual quest.
Part Two discusses God as seen in the Bible—the Almighty Creator, Jesus, and the Spirt—and their relation to the essential questions raised in Part One.
Part Three then looks at what it means to follow Jesus—so we would be, as the book’s title suggest, simply Christian.
